He is an inventor on numerous patents, and a consultant to companies, agencies, and individuals concerning dairy cow biology and lactation.

Aaron A. Marshall, Chief Scientist

Dr. Marshall is an expert in physiology, molecular biology, and endocrinology. He has more than a decade of research experience with publications in numerous major journals. In addition, he has supervised a team of laboratory researchers, and has overseen complex fieldwork collaborations among multiple sites.

Nelson D. Horseman, Managing Partner

Dr. Horseman is an international authority on endocrinology. His special expertise is in lactation, mammary gland development, and breast cancer. He is an inventor on multiple patents, and has served on scientific panels for the NIH, NSF, DOD, EPA, and a variety of private foundations.
